About The Position

United Envelope, a 75-year-old envelope printing and manufacturing company, is seeking Envelope Adjusters for its Cincinnati, OH plant. The company provides direct mail and transactional envelopes to the nation's largest mailers and produces 3 million envelopes per day. This role involves handling set-ups, changes, repairs, and maintenance of high-speed production equipment, specifically W & D 102” and F.L. Smithe (Web and/or blank fed) machines, to ensure peak performance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, or equivalent
• Good mechanical aptitude in order to make small adjustments and repairs
• Ability to visualize color
• Basic math knowledge
• Must be able to read a ruler
• Good communication skills
• Frequent lifting of object(s) over 50 pounds over your shoulders
• Recurring bending
• Above average agility and dexterity
• Ability to stand over long periods of time

Responsibilities

• Handle machinery set ups, changes, repairs and maintenance.
• Set up and maintain printing and folding equipment to run at its peak performance level.
