About The Position

The Environmental Services Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the customer service for the Environmental Services Department. Serve as a leader that has excellent customer service skills, can manage work flows, is great at follow through, and can communicate effectively with guests and staff. Will assist Environmental Services staff to perform routine and periodic cleaning procedures correctly, supplying technical/personal support and performing Quality Assurance checks. Trains on an as needed basis. Assists in working areas in employee shortages. All Environmental Service Worker I and Environmental Service Worker II competencies.
