About The Position

Screens guests to ensure that they are following park entry policies and procedures. The Entry Safety Attendant is responsible for screening guests and employees entering the park using stationery and handheld screening devices. This role involves monitoring customer flow, enforcing park policies such as appropriate attire and prohibited items, and assisting guests to ensure a safe, clean, fun, and entertaining atmosphere. The attendant may also patrol park property to assist guests and staff, direct traffic in parking areas, and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Possess good oral skills and be able to communicate with guests and other employees effectively.
Available to work overtime.
Available to work weekends and holidays.
Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Screen and greet guests and employees entering the park with the use of stationery and handheld screening devices.
Watch and maintain customer flow and enforce park policies such as appropriate attire, prohibited items, food and beverage restrictions, etc.
Aid and assist guests daily, striving to provide a safe, clean, fun, and entertaining atmosphere.
May be required to patrol park property to assist guests and fellow staff with questions and relaying concerns to Security staff.
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
May require directing traffic in parking areas.
Other duties as assigned.
