About The Position

Ardurra is seeking an Entry-Level Water/Wastewater Engineer for its Greenville, South Carolina office. The role provides the opportunity to work on water and wastewater projects involving treatment plants, pipelines, pump stations, and infrastructure design. The engineer will collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to develop solutions that enhance water quality and sustainability.

Ardurra’s water and wastewater engineers work with clients to plan, design, permit, and construct systems. Projects include treatment and infrastructure initiatives for municipal and institutional clients, ranging from drinking water supply to water reuse and wastewater management. The position has a target start date between January and June 2027.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 0–1 years of experience in engineering or related fields; internship experience is preferred but not required.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, and hydraulic modeling software.
• EIT certification, or the ability to obtain it within one year.
• Internship experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and analysis of water and wastewater treatment facilities, distribution systems, and collection networks.
• Prepare engineering drawings, reports, and specifications.
• Conduct hydraulic modeling and calculations.
• Perform field investigations, data collection, and site inspections.
• Support permitting and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates and project schedules.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
