Responsibilities

Arrange and book travel for business clients, sports teams, vacationers, weddings, and special events.
Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, budgets, and preferences.
Organize and schedule tour packages, excursions, day trips, and group travel.
Book and confirm reservations for flights, accommodations, car rentals, cruises, and event tickets.
Provide clients with all necessary travel documents, including authorization forms, itineraries, and tickets.
Assist with changes and alternative arrangements if travel plans shift before or during the trip.
