We are seeking motivated Entry-Level Transportation Brokers to join our growing team in Nashville, TN. This role is on-site, and candidates must be local with reliable transportation.
Requirements
- Some prior transportation brokering or logistics experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Nashville and commute reliably.
- Eagerness to learn and grow into a full broker role.
Responsibilities
- Assist with brokering transportation and logistics solutions for clients.
- Coordinate shipments, carriers, and delivery schedules.
- Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Learn the business and grow your book of clients under mentorship.
- Support senior brokers as needed and take on additional responsibilities as experience grows.
