Requirements

Ability to repair and test precision mechanical instruments, including small-scale components
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit, team-first culture
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Willingness to engage in customer interaction when needed
