Entry Level Tax Preparer
About The Position
Jackson Hewitt is seeking an entry-level seasonal tax preparer to conduct one-on-one tax interviews with clients, begin developing a book of business, and provide exceptional customer service. The role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to build skills through professional development and ongoing training. Applicants from any work background or experience level are welcome. The position includes hourly pay and a performance-based bonus program. Free tax preparation training and PTIN registration are provided, along with continuing tax education. The posting also describes access to Enrolled Agent materials and testing reimbursement, discounted tax returns for friends and family, corporate discounts, and other resources. Most Jackson Hewitt locations are operated by independent franchisees, which are the employers responsible for employment decisions and conditions.
