About The Position

Tapestry Solutions, a part of Boeing Global Services (BGS), is seeking an Entry-Level Software Engineer in Maryland Heights, MO. and/or Hazelwood, MO. In this role you will test software for the F-15 Mission Planning systems. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience with Git
  • Experience with Object Oriented Programming

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science and 5+ years of related work experience OR Bachelor’s Degree and 9+ years of directly related work experience OR 13+ years of related, relevant experience
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in full software development life-cycle
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum
  • Experience with Javascript

Responsibilities

  • With general supervision, develops, documents, maintains and unit tests code by utilizing software development environments and programming languages (C#, Javascript, SQL)
  • Develops, documents and maintains software design by applying established methods and practices.
  • Performs troubleshooting of defects
  • Collaborate with others to propose solutions to problems
  • Integrates and compiles software components into builds.
  • May test limited component level software in the target environment
  • Performs other duties as assigned
