The Boeing Company is looking for an Entry Level Software Engineer - Rotorcraft Training Systems to join their Government Training Software Engineering team, supporting the Boeing Global Services organization (BGS) in Mesa, AZ. This position supports the design, development, and maintenance of advanced training systems for military aircraft, specifically the AH-64 Apache Attack Helicopters and CH-47 Chinook Cargo Helicopters. Candidates must be able to obtain a US Security Clearance, which requires US Citizenship. The Government Training Engineering team creates and sustains state-of-the-art training devices that provide realistic, reliable, and immersive experiences to prepare pilots and maintenance crews for mission success. These training systems enhance readiness and operational effectiveness for both domestic and international defense customers. In this role, you will work collaboratively within a diverse, agile team, utilizing modern software development tools and methodologies. You will develop your skills in C++, Ada, Python, and in-house UI frameworks while contributing to software solutions that meet stringent quality, security, and performance standards.
