About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Service Technician to join our team. This role involves servicing and repairing vehicles following established standards. You will work in a fast-paced, professional environment focused on customer satisfaction and quality service. We offer competitive pay based on experience and support additional automotive certification training to help you grow professionally toward Certified and Master Certified Technician levels.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
Professional, dependable, and safety-conscious attitude.
Basic computer skills and ability to use the internet.
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
Professional appearance and work ethic.
Ability to read, comprehend instructions, and follow procedures accurately.
Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as required.

Nice To Haves

Some automotive experience or post-secondary training is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform routine service inspections, tests, and maintenance jobs on vehicles.
Conduct pre-delivery service on new vehicles to ensure proper working order.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness during service and repairs.
Complete required documentation in compliance with regulations and standards.
Support shop operations by assisting with inventory stocking and maintaining shop appearance and safety.
Follow all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental guidelines.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as needed.
Perform additional assigned duties to support the team and service department.
