Position Overview As an Entry-Level Service Technician, you will service and repair vehicles following established standards and procedures to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities may include performing pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles to guarantee excellent working condition. We offer competitive pay and support your professional growth by paying for additional automotive certification training towards Certified and Master Certified Technician status.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
- Professional and dependable work ethic
- Safety and customer service oriented
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to read and understand instructions
- Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as required
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience or training in automotive service is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service and repair
- Perform routine service inspections, tests, and standard maintenance tasks
- Complete all required documentation in compliance with regulations and standards
- Support shop appearance and safety standards, including inventory stocking and general duties
- Follow all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental guidelines
- Attend staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
