Position Summary: Organizing and performing duties associated with adding and transferring archive boxes; coordinating and doing daily scheduled visits and special visits, escorting employees to thearchives, and assisting with the pulling of files/boxes as needed; completing appropriate paperwork for each box or file viewed and/or pulled; following up on data that has exceeded the desired timeframe for being signed out; keeping archives clean and orderly; backing up other departmental duties as needed.
