Requirements

  • HS Diploma and 3 years of document control/training administrator experience or equivalent required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must have the ability to communicate professionally at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent computer skills to include proficiency in Office 365 products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) required
  • The ability to effectively participate in meetings and trainings with participants at all levels of the organization
  • At least five years of experience in a manufacturing environment; chemical plant or semiconductor organization preferred.
  • This is a safety-sensitive position that requires candidates to successfully pass a post-offer drug screening prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

  • A two-year degree and 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Prior supervisory experience leading a manufacturing operator team a plus
  • Prior experience with SAP a plus
  • CPro, Lotus Notes, or other Computer Based Training system a plus
  • Familiarity with ISO:9001 documentation and training requirements a plus
  • Internal auditing experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Ensures facility documentation control and training requirements per ISO (9 001 /14 001 /45 0 01 ) and regulatory standards are in complianc e.
  • Revises, maintains , and creates documents , monitors due dates, assigns updates to departments, provides administrative support for documents, create/send out reports and publishes documents into Compliant Pro ( CPro )
  • Functions as the CPro Training Module Administrator for the Mesa site.
  • Assists with implementation of other CPro modules, as assigned
  • Maintains department training and task certification records, including support for Quality/EHS/HR requested training rolled out monthly per training schedules .
  • Maintains hard copy and electronic training documentation and helps with maintaining record retention p rograms .
  • Maintains task certification tests and test question banks current in CPro
  • Support Internal/External (Customer) audits from a document control/training perspective
  • Assist with new hire training orientation and creation/updates of Quality/EHS training modules
  • Subject matter expert and employee supportive role for systems related to training and document control
  • All other reasonable duties as assigned
