As an Entry-Level Seasonal Tax Preparer, you’ll work directly with clients, conduct personalized tax interviews, and prepare accurate tax returns using our proprietary tax preparation software. You’ll receive the training and support you need to confidently navigate our systems while providing the friendly, professional service our clients count on.
Requirements
- A passion for providing extraordinary customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Ability to complete required tax preparation training
- Obtain a valid IRS Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
