Join Jackson Hewitt as an Entry-Level Seasonal Tax Preparer and become part of a welcoming, customer-focused team. No prior tax preparation experience? No problem! We provide tax preparation training and ongoing support to help you build the knowledge and confidence you need to succeed. As an Entry-Level Seasonal Tax Preparer, you’ll work directly with clients, conduct personalized tax interviews, and prepare accurate tax returns using our proprietary tax preparation software. You’ll receive the training and support you need to confidently navigate our systems while providing the friendly, professional service our clients count on.
Requirements
- A passion for providing extraordinary customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Ability to complete required tax preparation training
- Valid IRS Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) before preparing tax returns (will be guided through the process if needed)
