About The Position

Team members engage face-to-face with homeowners in designated neighborhoods to discuss exterior needs, including roofing, windows, siding, and doors, and explain the benefits of free, no-obligation inspections and quotes. The role offers a stated earning potential of $70,000–$140,000+ through base salary and uncapped commission, along with performance-based advancement opportunities and team incentives.

Responsibilities
