About The Position
Green Star Exteriors is an award-winning, fast-growing company seeking motivated, energetic individuals for their Entry Level Sales Team. No prior experience is needed as paid training is provided to develop sales, communication, and leadership skills. The role involves engaging with homeowners face-to-face to discuss their home exterior needs, educating them on services, and developing strong sales and communication abilities. Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners face-to-face in designated neighborhoods to discuss their home’s exterior needs (roofing, windows, siding, and doors).
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of our free, no-obligation inspections and quotes to improve their home’s value and protection.
- Develop top-tier communication and sales skills through hands-on training.
