About The Position
The Semler Agency is seeking motivated individuals interested in building a career in life insurance sales. This is a remote, commission-based opportunity to help individuals and families explore life insurance coverage options that fit their needs. No prior sales experience is required; training, ongoing mentorship, an established sales system, and lead resources are provided. Agents develop and manage their own client relationships and earnings are tied to individual production. Results vary, and no earnings or production levels are guaranteed.
Requirements
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to help others.
- Coachable and dependable, and comfortable working independently.
- Licensed in life insurance or willing to obtain the required license.
Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals who have requested information about life insurance.
- Help families explore coverage options and find solutions that fit their needs.
- Follow the established sales process and participate in ongoing training and support.
- Develop sales skills while building and managing client relationships.
