About The Position
Green Star Exteriors is seeking motivated, energetic individuals to join their Entry Level Sales Team. No experience is needed as paid training is provided to develop sales, communication, and leadership skills. The role involves engaging with homeowners face-to-face in designated neighborhoods to discuss their home's exterior needs and educate them on free inspections and quotes. The company offers a fun, energetic, and competitive atmosphere with opportunities for rapid promotions based on performance, not seniority.

Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners face-to-face in designated neighborhoods to discuss their home’s exterior needs (roofing, windows, siding, and doors).
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of our free, no-obligation inspections and quotes to improve their home’s value and protection.
- Develop top-tier communication and sales skills through hands-on training.
