About The Position
Green Star Exteriors is seeking motivated, energetic individuals for their Entry Level Sales Team. No experience is required as paid training is provided to develop sales, communication, and leadership skills. The role involves engaging with homeowners face-to-face to discuss exterior needs, educating them on free inspections and quotes, and competing in challenges for bonuses and incentives. Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners face-to-face in designated neighborhoods to discuss their home’s exterior needs (roofing, windows, siding, and doors).
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of our free, no-obligation inspections and quotes to improve their home’s value and protection.
- Develop top-tier communication and sales skills through hands-on training.
