No experience is required as paid training will be provided to develop sales, communication, and leadership skills. The role involves engaging with homeowners face-to-face in designated neighborhoods to discuss their home's exterior needs, educating them on free inspections and quotes, and competing in team challenges for bonuses and incentives. Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners face-to-face in designated neighborhoods to discuss their home’s exterior needs (roofing, windows, siding, and doors).
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of our free, no-obligation inspections and quotes to improve their home’s value and protection.
- Develop top-tier communication and sales skills through hands-on training.
