About The Position
Green Star Exteriors is seeking motivated, energetic individuals to join their Entry Level Sales Team. No prior experience is needed as the company provides paid training to develop sales, communication, and leadership skills. The role involves engaging with homeowners face-to-face in designated neighborhoods to discuss their home's exterior needs, educating them on free inspections and quotes, and developing strong communication and sales skills. Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners face-to-face in designated neighborhoods to discuss their home’s exterior needs (roofing, windows, siding, and doors).
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of our free, no-obligation inspections and quotes to improve their home’s value and protection.
- Develop top-tier communication and sales skills through hands-on training.
