About The Position
Green Star Exteriors is seeking motivated, energetic individuals for their Entry Level Sales Team. No prior experience is required as the company provides paid training to develop sales, communication, and leadership skills. This is a full-time position with a high-energy, fast-growing team that rewards hard work with competitive pay, promotions, and incentives. The role involves engaging with homeowners face-to-face in designated neighborhoods to discuss their home's exterior needs and educate them on the benefits of free inspections and quotes.

Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners face-to-face in designated neighborhoods to discuss their home’s exterior needs (roofing, windows, siding, and doors).
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of our free, no-obligation inspections and quotes to improve their home’s value and protection.
- Develop top-tier communication and sales skills through hands-on training.
