Entry Level Sales (Base Pay + Benefits)
About The Position
Green Star Exteriors is seeking motivated, energetic individuals for their Entry Level Sales Team. No experience is required as paid training will be provided to develop sales, communication, and leadership skills. This is a full-time position with a compensation range of $70,000 - $140,000 per year, including base pay and uncapped commission. The role involves engaging with homeowners face-to-face in designated neighborhoods to discuss their home's exterior needs and educate them on the benefits of free inspections and quotes. Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners face-to-face in designated neighborhoods to discuss their home’s exterior needs (roofing, windows, siding, and doors).
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of our free, no-obligation inspections and quotes to improve their home’s value and protection.
- Develop top-tier communication and sales skills through hands-on training.
