About The Position

Green Star Exteriors is hiring motivated, energetic people for its Entry Level Sales Team. No prior sales experience is needed, and paid training is provided to develop sales, communication, and leadership skills. Team members engage face-to-face with homeowners in designated neighborhoods to discuss exterior needs, including roofing, windows, siding, and doors, and explain the benefits of free, no-obligation inspections and quotes. The position offers a stated earning range of $70,000–$140,000 per year, described as base salary plus uncapped commission, as well as performance-based advancement opportunities, incentives, and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Educate homeowners about free, no-obligation inspections and quotes intended to improve their home’s value and protection.
• Develop sales, communication, and leadership skills through hands-on training.
• Participate in team challenges and compete for bonuses and incentives.
