Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Learn about Farmers Insurance products and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
  • Follow up on leads and generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
  • Conduct needs-based conversations to identify customer goals and insurance needs.
  • Educate clients on available insurance products, discounts, and coverage options.
  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and agency documentation.
