About The Position

Revival Windows helps homeowners improve their homes through high-quality window replacements. We also focus on developing people — offering structured training, mentorship, and clear paths for growth. We’re expanding and looking for motivated individuals who want to learn sales, build confidence, and grow within a supportive team environment. Prior sales experience is not required — we provide full training.

Requirements

• Reliable, self-motivated individuals with a positive attitude
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
• Willing to learn and take coaching
• Able to work on your feet and outdoors
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and a smartphone

Responsibilities

• Canvass local neighborhoods and engage with homeowners
• Start conversations and identify interest in window upgrades
• Schedule appointments for our Marketing Directors
• Track daily activity and work toward performance goals
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
