Renewal by Andersen is hiring driven, competitive people to join our sales team across British Columbia. This is a face-to-face, field-based sales role working directly with homeowners in local neighborhoods. If you’re confident, coachable, and motivated to earn more than a typical hourly job, this opportunity has serious upside.

- Work directly with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
- Represent a nationally trusted home improvement brand
- Start conversations and generate qualified appointments
- Use proven sales scripts and training systems
- Work outdoors with a competitive, motivated team
- Develop communication, sales, and leadership skills
