About The Position
Rose Roofing & Restoration is seeking motivated individuals to join their field team as Entry Level Sales Representatives. This role is ideal for those looking to gain experience in sales and connect with homeowners. The primary responsibilities include visiting designated neighborhoods, engaging homeowners in professional conversations, informing them about complimentary exterior inspections, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The role focuses on communication and opportunity creation, not physical labor like climbing roofs. Training and support are provided, making prior sales or roofing experience unnecessary.

Responsibilities
- Visit designated neighborhoods with the Rose team.
- Have friendly, professional conversations with homeowners.
- Inform homeowners about complimentary exterior inspections available in their area.
- Schedule interested homeowners with a member of our sales team.
- Learn the fundamentals of communication, customer interaction, and field sales.
