What You’ll Do Deliver engaging, interactive in-home sales presentations Educate homeowners on energy-efficient home improvement solutions Collaborate with a high-energy, supportive field sales team Participate in weekly sales training and coaching to sharpen your skills What We’re Looking For Outgoing and confident in face-to-face conversations Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect Coachable, open-minded, and eager to learn Self-motivated with a long-term career mindset No sales experience required, we train you from the ground up.
