About The Position

This is an entry-level sales and field marketing role where you’ll be out in neighborhoods, talking to homeowners, building confidence, and getting paid while you learn how sales actually works. If you like being active, talking to people, and earning more than just a paycheck, this role is for you. As an Entry-Level Sales & Field Marketing Representative, you are the first impression of Renewal by Andersen. You’ll be going door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods, talking with homeowners (no hard selling), creating interest, and setting appointments for our Sales Team. You will track your activity using company-provided canvassing tech and learn sales fundamentals that can lead to higher-earning roles. This role is independent, high-energy, and performance-driven.

Requirements

• Driver's Licenses are Required
• Must be physically active and comfortable walking 7–10 miles/day
• Motivated by earning more, not just clocking in
• Can handle rejection and keep moving forward
• Like working independently but still want team support
• Coachable and open to feedback
• See this as a stepping stone, not a dead end
• No sales experience required; top performers come from hospitality, retail, customer service, athletics, and other people-facing roles.

Responsibilities
