About The Position

This is an active, field-based position ideal for people who enjoy working with others, being part of a high-energy team, and earning additional income through performance incentives. This is not a desk job. Every day involves meeting people, representing our programs in the community, and developing valuable business and sales experience. Many of our top performers come from athletics, team activities, student organizations, customer service, retail, hospitality, and other fast-paced environments. No experience required. We provide paid training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers face-to-face in community outreach locations
• Represent company programs professionally
• Assist customers with enrollment information and program education
• Support local marketing and outreach campaigns
• Develop communication, sales, leadership, and customer engagement skills
• Work alongside a motivated and performance-driven team
