This is a great opportunity to learn the world of recruiting, build your skills, and grow your career in a supportive setting. This hybrid role requires working in our Lexington, SC office three days per week.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree (or similar experience) in business, HR, or a related field.
• Interest in recruiting and the IT world.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to source candidates using job boards, social media, and networking.
• Help interview and assess candidates for skills and fit.
• Work with experienced recruiters to understand client needs and job openings.
• Keep track of candidates and their progress throughout the hiring process.
• Gain insight into IT trends and the most in-demand tech skills.
• Connect with candidates to ensure a great experience.
• Help report on key metrics like time-to-fill and candidate quality.
