Optima Executives is a private independently woman owned consulting firm founded in 2019, operating 100% remotely in full cycle recruiting, business administration, brand management, and consultation services. The firm has a strong diverse portfolio of clients across the US, servicing the direct sales and marketing Industry, with expertise in recruiting talent in telecommunications, energy, and technology. The organization specializes in providing solutions for clients to help grow their business, and has doubled in size with over 25 talented team members. The Entry Level Full Time Recruiter position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day scheduling of events for multiple clients, managing an applicant tracking system and calendar. This involves interaction, correspondence, and scheduling candidates through multiple platforms such as phone calls, texting, emails, and job boards. A majority of the position entails contacting 100 candidates daily to yield a full booked interview schedule as required by client expectations. A recruiter should be personable and knowledgeable of the client, market, and position, providing the best interviewing experience for prospective candidates. Their main goal is to schedule candidates accordingly and guide them through the entire interview process, from reviewing and qualifying resumes, to scheduling preliminary and subsequent interviews, to onboarding and scheduling a candidate’s first day of training. A recruiter’s performance will be based on the overall growth of an office. It is essential that a recruiter is able to manage their time, multi-task, and stay organized, as this position requires adaptability to work with different markets and clients across the US.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day to day scheduling of events for multiple clients
  • Manage an applicant tracking system and calendar
  • Interact, correspond, and schedule candidates through multiple platforms (phone calls, texting, emails, job boards)
  • Contact a minimum of 100 candidates daily to yield a full booked interview schedule
  • Be personable and knowledgeable of the client, market, and position, providing the best interviewing experience for prospective candidates
  • Schedule candidates accordingly and guide them through the entire interview process
  • Review and qualify resumes
  • Schedule preliminary interviews and any interview processes in between
  • Manage onboarding and schedule a candidate’s first day of training
  • Manage time, multi-task, and stay organized
  • Be adaptable to work with different markets and clients across the US
  • Perform Full Cycle Recruiting and Manage 2+ Clients
  • Conduct communication and conference meetings through Zoom; face to face interaction with candidates, employees, and clients
