About The Position

This is a hands-on, outdoor role where individuals can earn more based on effort. Trademark Metals Recycling, backed by Nucor, offers long-term careers with weekly pay, production bonuses, and benefits starting in 30 days. The job involves general yard and warehouse labor, including sweeping, shoveling, weighing, sorting, and moving scrap metal and materials. It also includes operating a forklift (training provided), inspecting scrap, and assisting customers. This is a physically demanding role, not a desk job, with opportunities for higher earnings based on work output. No prior experience is required as paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Dependable workers who show up on time and ready to work
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat and weather
• Able to stand or walk most of the shift (up to 12 hours)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed
• Must pass hair drug test and background check

Nice To Haves

• Previous general labor, warehouse, construction, or industrial experience is a plus—but not required.
• Forklift experience is a plus (not required)
• Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and look out for yourself and your teammates
• Work outdoors doing general yard and warehouse labor
• Sweep, shovel, and keep work areas clean and safe
• Help weigh, sort, and move scrap metal and materials
• Operate a forklift (or learn—we train)
• Inspect incoming scrap and help customers understand what we accept
• Cross-train and help where needed
