We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Powersports Technician who is ready to build their skills, learn from experienced technicians, and grow their career in the powersports industry. If you have a foundation of mechanical knowledge and a passion for understanding how things work, we want you on our team!
Requirements
- Basic understanding of 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the powersports industry
- Ability to understand mechanical systems and troubleshoot problems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to accurately document completed work for service records
- Valid driver’s license (Motorcycle endorsement required or obtainable within 90 days)
Responsibilities
- Complete oil changes, fluid services, tire replacements, brake services, and other basic maintenance tasks.
- Work alongside experienced technicians to troubleshoot electrical, fuel, and mechanical concerns.
- Build and prepare new motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and watercraft with attention to detail, safety, and quality.
- Assist with installations such as winches, plow kits, lighting, performance exhaust systems, and other customer enhancements.
- Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) to ensure every unit is safe, reliable, and ready for adventure.
- Keep a clean, organized workspace and maintain professional tools and equipment.
