Requirements

• Strong interest in building a long-term career in plumbing
• Basic plumbing knowledge or some hands-on plumbing experience is required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to work hard
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within the trade

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with plumbing tools, drain equipment, cameras, or jetting equipment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnosing and resolving residential plumbing issues
• Learn to provide whole-home plumbing solutions
• Support experienced plumbers in presenting solutions to customers
• Help maintain truck stock, tools, and job readiness
• Deliver professional, five-star customer service
