Entry Level Pest Control Technician - Bel Air Branch V3
About The Position
Brody Brothers Pest Control, a family-owned and operated company since 1984, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Service Technicians providing pest control services in the Greater Baltimore area, including Baltimore, Harford, and Carroll County. No prior experience is required as all training is provided and fully paid. The company has over 1500 Positive Google Reviews and multiple service awards, including Angie's List Super Service Winners for 10 years and being named Best of Baltimore winners. This role offers career growth opportunities through internal promotion, above-average pay starting at $19 an hour (up to $26 with previous experience), and eligibility for approximately 200+ hours of overtime per year. A company vehicle is provided for travel between customer locations, with the option to take it home after one year. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with occasional Sundays during warmer months, and never any Saturdays. The hiring process involves submitting an application, a 10-15 minute phone interview, and an in-person interview with a job shadow/ride along lasting around 4 hours.
Requirements
- Physical ability to complete tasks associated with the job.

- Ability to problem-solve and address pest pressures.
- Technical proficiency with handheld/smartphones, computers, etc.
- Attention to detail in identifying pest issues and entry points.
Responsibilities
- Driving between customer locations in Baltimore, Harford, and Carroll County.
- Communicating with customers to understand and address pest problems.
- Inspecting properties for pest entry points and performing exclusion work.
- Placing monitoring stations and performing pesticide treatments.
- Performing preventive pest control services and sales stops.
