About The Position

Brody Brothers Pest Control is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Service Technicians providing pest control services in the Greater Baltimore area. No prior experience is required as all training is provided and fully paid. Requirements

  • Physical ability to complete tasks associated with the job
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail in identifying pest issues and entry points
  • Ability to problem-solve and address pest pressures
  • Technical proficiency with handheld/smartphones, computers, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Driving between customer locations in Baltimore and Carroll County
  • Inspecting properties for pest entry points and performing exclusion work
  • Communicating with customers to understand and address pest problems
  • Performing preventive pest control services and sales stops
  • Placing monitoring stations and performing pesticide treatments

  • Above-Average Pay: Starting at $19 an hour (up to $26 with previous experience)
