About The Position

This entry-level outside sales role is ideal for motivated individuals who want to develop professional sales skills, receive real coaching, and build a long-term career. At Renewal by Andersen of British Columbia, we invest in people who want to grow. You’ll receive paid training, hands-on coaching, and real-world sales experience while representing one of the most trusted brands in home improvement. In this role, you will engage homeowners in local neighbourhoods, introduce our products, and schedule qualified in-home consultations for our design consultants. You earn commission for every qualified appointment you set — with no cap on earnings. If you’re coachable, driven, and willing to work hard, this role can be the first step toward a successful career in sales or leadership.

Requirements

  • Interest in sales, marketing, or customer engagement
  • Comfortable speaking with new people
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay positive
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • No previous sales experience required. We train the right people.

Responsibilities

  • Engage homeowners in assigned neighbourhoods
  • Introduce our brand and products through professional conversations
  • Schedule qualified in-home consultation appointments
  • Use proven scripts, training, and objection-handling techniques
  • Track activity and appointments using mobile tools
