This role offers a clear path into Carrier Sales or Account Management, providing hands-on experience in both operational execution and revenue-driving activities within the business.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Sharp eye for detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive when juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (clear, confident, and compelling).
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, and Gmail).
Solid work ethic, rock-solid dependability, and a genuine team-player attitude.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute shipments from pickup through delivery.
Monitor load progress and share updates, flag delays, or tackle issues head-on.
Resolve service hiccups quickly and professionally.
Manage load details in internal systems (including Transport Pro).
Ensure accuracy across customer portals and tracking tools.
Ensure all shipment documentation is complete and ready to go.
Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly.
Team up with Carrier Sales and Account Management to support customer needs and celebrate wins together.
Provide timely, clear updates to stakeholders.
Learn how to bid on spot freight and master market pricing strategies.
Source and vet carriers to cover loads.
Engage in rate negotiation and carrier relationship management.
Explore lanes, capacity trends, and market dynamics.
