About The Position
Nexxaworks is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Marketing Associate to join its marketing team. The role is intended for recent graduates or others beginning a marketing career and provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment. The associate will contribute to marketing campaigns and projects, conduct market research, support marketing content creation, maintain social media profiles and websites, and help monitor campaign performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content.
- Manage and update company social media profiles and websites.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.
