About The Position
Ready to start a career in management, marketing, sales, and business development? Our growing event marketing firm is hiring an Entry-Level Management Trainee to join our team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, and motivated entry-level candidates who want hands-on experience and a path toward leadership. No management, marketing, or sales experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided. As an Entry-Level Management Trainee, you'll learn our business from the ground up while gaining experience in event marketing, customer engagement, sales, leadership, and team development.

Responsibilities
- Represent clients and brands at live events, retail locations, and promotional campaigns
- Engage directly with customers and create positive experiences
- Support event marketing and customer acquisition campaigns
- Communicate information clearly and professionally
- Build customer relationships and develop communication skills
- Participate in daily meetings, training, and leadership development
- Work with a team to achieve campaign and business goals
- Learn how to train, coach, and support new team members
- Develop leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
