About The Position

TECO-Westinghouse is looking for a highly motivated Entry Level Maintenance Technician eager to develop their skills, have a willingness to learn, possess a strong work ethic, and can work independently as well as part of a team. This position offers paid classroom training at TSTC, on the job training, and mentorship from one of our experienced Maintenance Technicians. Candidates completing this program will receive a Certificate of Registration from the Department of Labor (DOL). The role involves maintaining, repairing, calibrating, altering, and relocating/installing all types of complex HVAC, communications, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems and equipment required to facilitate all life support systems for the building and site. It also includes setting up and operating a variety of machine tools, and fitting and assembling parts to fabricate or repair machine tools and maintain industrial machines. Responsibilities
