Responsibilities
- Assist with routine maintenance and repair tasks across residential or commercial properties.
- Support experienced technicians in performing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks.
- Perform general upkeep such as painting, cleaning, and grounds maintenance.
- Use tools and equipment safely and effectively under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
- Report maintenance issues and complete work orders promptly.
