About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team on first shift! This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing and gain hands-on experience operating production equipment. Previous machine operation experience is helpful but not required. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn, have a strong work ethic, and are interested in developing new skills. Part-time opportunities may be available for students currently attending school.
Requirements
- No previous machine operation experience required; training may be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing, machining, or technical training experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to support daily production.
- Load materials and ensure machines are supplied as needed.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Follow work instructions and production specifications.
- Identify and report equipment issues or product defects.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
