Requirements

  • Strong leadership potential and team-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills (virtual proficiency required)
  • Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategy
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms

  • Sales, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and support agents to drive daily and weekly production
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
  • Lead by example through personal production and client service
  • Assist with virtual onboarding and training sessions
  • Maintain consistent, motivational communication across the team
  • Manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced remote environment
