About The Position

Laborer on installation of running tracks/Tennis Courts. This role involves cleaning and preparation of asphalt/concrete surfaces, using hand tools and power equipment, carrying, mixing, and pouring polyurethane materials, recovering excess rubber granules, trimming track surfaces, and general site cleanup. The position requires the ability to meet physical demands and work outdoors for extended periods.

Requirements

Quick study and able to meet physical demands
Occasionally (1-33%): Jumping, Climbing
Frequently (34-66%): Sit: When using paver, Stand, Walk, Stoop/Bend, Push/Pull, Squat, Crawl/Kneel, Reach Above Shoulder, Forearm Rotation, Climb
Constantly (67-100%): Twist/Turn, Repetitive hand/wrist
Critical Demands (Heavy): Material Handling: 34 – 66% of the time Lifting to waist height up 50lbs, Carrying up to 50lbs
Hand Function: Simple Grasping, Gross Grasping, Fine Manipulation
Use of machinery or tools (Forklift, Hand Tools-Drills/Grinders and any other specialized installation equipment)
Environment: Heat, Uneven surface, Outdoor – 10 hours/day

Nice To Haves

2 -3 years of field experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Cleaning and preparation of asphalt/concrete surface to secure polyurethane track material
Use of small hand tools and power equipment in surface preparation and polyurethane installation
Carrying, mixing and pouring polyurethane to install track surface as required by OSHA safety standards.
Recovery of excess rubber granules and edge detail trimming of track surface
General site cleanup and demobilization
