Role: IT Systems Support As an IT Systems Support Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining and supporting our technology infrastructure to enable seamless business operations. You'll provide responsive technical support to team members, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that IT solutions are delivered promptly and effectively. This is an onsite role offering hands-on experience with a variety of modern IT systems.
Requirements
- 1-2 years IT support experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows
- Organized, detail-oriented, team player

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming IT support requests via email or phone.
- Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Provide hands-on support for hardware repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware components.
- Maintain antivirus software and update virus definitions regularly.
- Perform system patching and updates to ensure security and functionality.
- Prepare and deploy system imaging for desktops and laptops.
- Manage inventory and tracking of IT assets.
- Assist in documentation and maintaining knowledge base articles.
- Adhere to company security and safety protocols.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues across departments.
